Created by CDR, a company that has been providing internet navigation solutions since 1998, Site Map Pro is an efficient and easy to use tool that does precisely what its name suggests it does: it helps you create a sitemap of your website. It will provide you with a single page HTML or XML sitemap that search engines can crawl or visitors can access to find all the pages on your website.

Everything about this app seems to be focused on speed. Nothing takes too much to complete. The download process, for example, is done before you know it. On a high speed internet connection, the application’s 2.1MB download can’t take long.

The installation process goes by rapidly as well. Just follow the instructions presented by the setup wizard and you’re done before you know it. It must be mentioned here that the Site Map Pro application works with the Microsoft-developed Windows operating system.

Once Site Map Pro is installed on your Windows-powered computer, you can use the application to create, as I’ve mentioned above, a sitemap. You can do that rapidly – you can have a working sitemap in under a minute. It’s never good to waste time, so it’s quite nice to see that this application does its job rapidly.

On top of doing its job rapidly, Site Map Pro has something else to offer: it is incredibly easy to use. It has a wizard-like interface that will guide you through all the steps you need to take in order to come up with a sitemap. It is so easy to use that even a novice will have no problem with the application. But chances are that you’re not a novice, that you are a developer or a site owner with a bit of experience under his belt. So you will immediately feel at home using Site Map Pro.

As an experienced user, you will appreciate a few other things about Site Map Pro, apart from the fact that it is easy to use and fast. You will appreciate that there are several customization options, that it maps many files types (including PDF, Word documents, HTML and text), that generated sitemaps will work on any website and that you can save and load configurations.

Site Map Pro is only free to try. There are no time limitations, so you can use Site Map Pro for as long as you want. There are functionality limitations though. To gain access to all of Site Map Pro’s functionality you need to register the application.
